Simple Booking Process

Once we've discussed your event, we'll work with The Queen's Head's chefs to create the right menu and experience for your group. Please see out FAQ's for information on deposits to secure your booking.

This allows us to plan staffing, order ingredients, coordinate suppliers and ensure every detail is ready before your guests arrive.

The Queen's Head Catering Options – Gather Surrey

There is seated capacity inside for 72 covers and a total including the garden of 180.

Private & Part Private hire - a £250 deposit is to be paid to secure the date. The remaining balance less the holding deposit is to be paid 7 days prior to the event.

For all other events, a £10 per head fee refundable on the event day, is required to secure the date/time.

In addition:
Burger Parties & Cocktail Packages:
Pre-payment at the time of ordering is required, at least 7 days ahead of the event.
Set Course Pre-Orders
Pre-payment at the time of ordering is required, at least 7 days ahead of the event.
Buffet events
50% deposit at the time of ordering, and the final payment 7 days before the event.

All orders must meet minimum requirements no later than 7 working days prior to the event.

We require 7 working days notice to cancel and refund events, this is subject to a £25 admin fee.

For Set Course bookings, Burger and Cocktail Flights, we require 48hrs notice for individual cancellations.

If we have booked a third party on your behalf, this will be subject to their individual policy (for example florists, musicians etc), we cannot guarantee any refund policy.

Any non-refundable items (for example styling accessories bought in especially for your event or customised items), are non-refundable. We can hold any items for you to collect within 2 weeks of the planned event date.

Yes, our indoor area is fully accessible. Please note that access to our terrace or garden is via stairs.
